Today’s #OneGoodThing is the instant warmth and comfort from putting on sweatpants fresh out of the dryer. It’s a small thing, but it feels so good. It may have been a rough day on several fronts, but this was #OneGoodThing that happened.

Also, I clearly recall my days of apartment living, where this feeling was only achieved by a steady supply of quarters and hikes to the laundry facilities. So I am especially grateful to have laundry at home now!

The other triumph of today’s laundry is that it marks the final load cleaning every last possible fabric that could have been touched by the dreaded Norovirus. Given that the virus knocked the wind out of me for some time, this was a long and arduous task. So hooray for being done!
