About two months ago, we adopted the newest (and very adorable) member of our family, Paisley. Our connection with this sweet girl was immediate and we fell madly in love. She’s our second Boston, and we’ve been enjoying getting to know her “personality.”
We’ve had some health challenges in the time since we adopted Paisley, and she just seems to intuit which of us needs her comforting snuggles. Sometimes it feels like Abby must have left her a playbook.
Today was another of those days. It was a crappy pain day, and Paisley kept me company and distracted me from being miserable. Instead, I focused on how blessed we feel that Paisley came into our lives and is such a great comfort and love to us. Yesterday, she wouldn’t leave Mama‘s side, forcing her to rest and keeping her warm and happy. The bond we share after only a couple of months is beautiful and strong. We love her so much.
Today’s #OneGoodThing is the love of Paisley.

Yes it’s really incredible how she knows exactly what to do and who need her. We are so grateful she’s come into our lives and we get to be her family.
