Our friend Mina surprised us tonight with a lovely new sweet treat that we’d never tried before. It’s called jericalla, and it’s like a cross between flan and creme brulee.
Mina just recently told us about how she makes this traditional dessert every year for her family during Lent. It was creamy and smooth and the cinnamon in it was delicious! She brought it over with some freshly baked Mexican breads too.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was Mina’s sweet gesture and the yummy treats! Thank you Mina!
