Rather than think about how anxious I was to go for my immune-suppressing IV infusion and use my implanted port again today, I focused on how I’d get to see this sweet visiting service dog Andrew again! I also enjoy talking with his human, Pam. I’d already conked out when they came around, but I was happy to wake up for a visit!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was getting through my first infusion of the new year with a visit from Andrew! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
Day 8 of 366. And Day 1,469 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things, & the 4th year of good things)!

You do look exhausted. How long does the infusion take? The port will make part of the procedure a little easier, I guess.

The Port definitely saves about an hour I think off the total time. I arrive around lunch and spend the entire afternoon there. And usually I come home and crash!
