Lazy and late Hamentashen

The Jewish holiday of Purim is finished, but it’s never too late to enjoy Hamentashen.

These are “lazy” Hamentashen because I didn’t make the proper dough like last year; instead, I used a frozen pie crust! I know, gasp!

So pretty before baking–and a disaster after!

We enjoy filling our three-cornered cookies with various jams and spreads. As you can see by my disaster of a baking sheet, all but one of them exploded! They tasted great anyway.
