The Jewish holiday of Purim is finished, but it’s never too late to enjoy Hamentashen.
These are “lazy” Hamentashen because I didn’t make the proper dough like last year; instead, I used a frozen pie crust! I know, gasp!
We enjoy filling our three-cornered cookies with various jams and spreads. As you can see by my disaster of a baking sheet, all but one of them exploded! They tasted great anyway.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was late and lazy Hamentashen with Mama! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
Day 73 of 366. And Day 1,534 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things, & the 4th year of good things)!
On this day…
- 1 year ago: The strength within
- 2 years ago: Growing chocolate mint
- 3 years ago: Breakfast smoothies are back
- 4 years ago: Good things are coming

Looks like maybe you put too much filling in. My fave filling is poppy seeds. Mmmmmm….
