I’ve loved crafting books since I was a kid. So for my birthday this year, I wished for this new craft book called “Paper to Petal — 75 Whimsical Paper Flowers to Craft by Hand.” Lucky me, it arrived this weekend.
“Paper to Petal” came highly recommended to me by a friend and former colleague from the SF Chronicle. She is an incredible artist and I had a feeling she’d know a good book for creating paper flowers. And did she ever!
This is the BEST craft book I’ve ever seen! It is so wonderfully organized with stunning photos, plenty of inspiration, detailed instructions, materials recommendations, and more. I am in love with this book — and happily spent much of the day poring through its glorious pages dreaming up projects. I can’t wait to get started! I’ve already selected my first paper flower to create. Now I just have to finish unpacking the moving boxes with craft supplies.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was this amazing new craft book and getting to spend time reading it. Special thanks to Jessica for the recommendation and to Mama for the birthday gift!
Day 115 of 366.
