Tonight the Nosy Parker family plus Goldberg watched the movie The Lion King.

We laughed. We (nearly) cried. And we sang along!!! I absolutely loved it!!! Yes, this was my favorite movie when it was released in 1994. I’m pretty sure I watched it on repeat when it came out on VHS.

Watching this classic tonight brought me back to being 12. The music was popular on the bar/bat mitzvah circuit that year making it the soundtrack to my first slow dance. Awww.
