Our first baby eggplant

Today the Nosy Parker family was doing some light gardening in our back yard when we discovered our very first eggplant growing in our garden! It’s still a baby and nowhere near ready to harvest so I can’t tell you how it tastes — yet!

But today’s #OneGoodThing was discovering our first baby eggplant in our garden!
