September has been filled with reunions for the Nosy Parker family — and today I was fortunate to reunite with one of my absolute best friends ever.

Angelina and I met years ago when we both worked for The San Francisco Chronicle. Many of my ‘living in the city’ memories involved adventures with Angelina — and it is always an adventure. Angelina is an incredible, inspiring woman whom I truly admire and adore. She’s like the big sister I always wanted and a visit with her always refreshes my spirit and soul. I’ve missed her dearly.
