Mama has a big birthday coming up soon. She’ll be 75. That’s a very big deal — not just because ‘wow 75,’ but because she’s fighting brain cancer and wasn’t expected to live this long. So birthdays are not a given.

Mama and I have been planning how we’ll be spending the day for a while now. I don’t want to give away the day’s adventures quite yet.

In the meantime, I’ve been working on several pieces of jewelry for Mama. Today I finished making one of them and I’m so excited to give it to her! It’s really difficult to wait!

I really enjoyed getting my craft on and making something I know Mama will love! That is today’s #OneGoodThing.
