Resources for Seniors and Caregivers

IMG_5144Today the Nosy Parker family went to the Senior Expo of Santa Rosa.

Dozens of local organizations gave out information and resources for seniors and family caregivers. We missed the presentations, but we enjoyed making our way around the fair and meeting people. We picked up some great information that we can apply to several aspects of our lives, plus a few giveaways.

It’s been a difficult spot in our home, which is otherwise very accessible (I’ve worked hard to set it up as such and it’s why we moved).
