This evening I got to put my editing skills to work and help a friend! I loved geeking over her writing and helping her refine her voice.
Lastly, I made a toasted challah peanut butter and jelly sandwich tonight and it was just as wonderful as I’d remembered. I used to eat these all the time because I got challah through work every Friday. Tonight I used apricot butter made at a farm down the road from our home. Delicious!
