The Nosy Parker family has been on a tacos kick lately. Seriously. We had chicken. Then fish. Then beef. Today we decided to mix it up and try lamb. What can I say? We haven’t finished the tortillas yet.

The inspiration for today’s tacos was some delicious Tzatzkiki sauce we picked up during our farmers market trifecta on Wednesday. Then we decided we needed to pair that with ground lamb sautéed with Herb de Provence. Oven-warmed tortillas and cubed cucumber give it the perfect finish.
