Today I opened the mail to discover a box of Vitamin B12 patches — a gift from my new B12 buddy!
Since I can’t absorb Vitamin B12 through my stomach, I’m eager to see if the patch makes a difference in my recovery. I put it on right away, just behind my ear as recommended — and thankfully, no allergic skin reaction at this point!
This couldn’t have arrived at a better time. My tremendous grief for my baby sits heavy upon me at all times.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was receiving a box of B12 patches in the mail! Thank you Laura!!! I’m so grateful to count you among my friends!
Day 298 of 366.

I hope the patches work for you, it would make such a difference, not having injections every day. ❤

Oh that’s so sweet Yvonne! Sadly it wouldn’t replace injections, but it might help speed up my recovery. I’m eager to no longer need a cane!

Did the patches help? I am B-12 deficient and my doctor only gives me scripts for 1 injection a month. I’m having severe pain and numbness and loss of strength in my left leg. He recently gave me a disability decal for my vehicle. I take sublingual daily but, I think I need to do B-12 more often. I would like to know if the patches help and where to get them. Thank you.

Sadly the patches didn’t make a big difference for me. I think my sensitive skin made it a challenge to let them work. I inject B12 every day and have for years. I’m still fatigued but at least my right side weakness has finally improved. I hope you’re able to find some relief.
