Tonight we watched the incredible story behind the Broadway sensation “Hamilton.”
This PBS Arts special, a part of their Great Performances series, actually aired nearly two weeks ago, but we didn’t get around to watching it until tonight.
“Hamilton’s America” highlighted how and where Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote “Hamilton.” I loved learning about his inspiration and how he makes the history behind it all come alive. This was perfectly woven with interviews with President Barack Obama, The Roots, Steven Sondheim and more.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was enjoying the wonderful PBS Arts special “Hamilton’s America.” Hopefully one day we’ll be able to see the show in person! In the meantime, you can stream the excellent “Hamilton’s America” until November 18th here, or come over and watch it on our TV since we won’t be deleting it — ever.
Day 307 of 366.
What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!
