Mama and I did some light weeding in our back yard today. Though the work was painful, I found immediate satisfaction at banishing the unwanted, prickly intruders. We took lots of breaks and only cleared a small area, but it felt good nonetheless.

Paisley supervised the work from her perch on the chaise, until she got bored and went back inside.

Today’s #OneGoodThing is the satisfaction of reclaiming our yard through weeding. Also, I found the missing tomato cage from yesterday, so woohoo!
