We enjoyed a scrumptious lunch with fresh goodies from our garden, including a tomato and lemon cucumber salad. We also got to harvest our table-scraps celery plant, which gave our challah tuna melts a lovely bit of crunch.
It’s always a pleasure to visit with Julie, and today was no exception. Within minutes, we were all laughing so much we nearly cried. She even brought some gloriously pigmented watercolor paints with her that we loved testing. After lunch, I had a nice lie-down while Mama and Julie visited.
