Thai pumpkin chicken curry over rice from Santa Rosa Thai Pot

We’ve been craving Thai food for ages now so tonight we finally broke down and ordered delivery from our favorite local spot.

The most delicious pumpkin chicken curry and steamed rice arrived on our doorstep within half an hour! The pumpkin just melted in our mouths, and the dish was flavorful without being too spicy. Plus, Mama and I loved seeing our friendly delivery guy, David, whose family owns the restaurant. I’m so glad we have leftovers for tomorrow!

Mama and I also lit the candles for the second night of Chanukah! We wish you a holiday season filled with light and love!
