White Nectarine Ginger Pie

I had a dozen white nectarines and two pie crusts so I experimented, adding fresh ginger and ginger chips. The insides don’t look very pretty, but it is extremely tasty. I paired it with freshly whipped cream flavored with Elderflower syrup. Delicious!
