Our first Shabbat in Venice

Celebrating Shabbat in our home on the Grand Canal was especially magical. Here we feasted on a fresh caprese salad with cold Prosecco. We brought these lovely Shabbat candles (from a long-ago trip to Tzfat, Israel) with us for the special trip. Eating this meal while watching the sun set outside our windows onto the Grand Canal literally brought tears to my eyes. Wishing you a Shabbat Shalom!
