A relaxing bath

bathToday’s #OneGoodThing was a relaxing bubble bath with lavender epsom salts.

I also added baking soda (I recently read it would aid in the absorption of the magnesium and wanted to test it – so far so good); and I always use Aveeno oatmeal bath packets to ease any damage of a hot bath on dry skin.

The bath was very relaxing and it felt good to soak.
