Last summer I discovered manna from heaven — in the summer fruit section of my local Trader Joe’s market.

Angelcots, also called white apricots, have a very short window of availability. I was only able to find them one time last year; they sold out immediately!

These delightful, juicy Angelcots are a pale yellow inside and they’re even juicier and sweeter than traditional apricots, which I also love. Angelcots are so incredible that I called our local store last week to see if they’d gotten this season’s shipment yet (they’re grown here in California). Today I nearly didn’t stop at the market, but then I happened to find these heavenly fruits — and it made my day.

Today’s #OneGoodThing was finding Angelcots — or manna in the market!
