My biggest, best batch yet

Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies for holidaysToday I finished my holiday cookie baking streak with our family favorite: Cherry chocolate chip cookies!

I’ve made these exact cookies many times before, but today’s batch produced more cookies than ever before! Admittedly, I made them a bit smaller than usual, but I got 6.5 dozen today! I also chopped up the dried cherries this time and I think it really improves the cookie. I can’t wait to share! They’re soooo good!!!!

Today’s #OneGoodThing was my biggest, best batch ever!

Day 354 of 366.

What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!

  1. What are your dried cherries like? Are they purely “dried cherries” or are they what we (in the UK) call glacĂ© cherries, usually bright red because they have added colour and sweet with lots of sugar?

    • Hi Bert! I use organic dried tart Montmorency Cherries. I get them from Costco. I think they have some sugar, but not a ton. I find them much too tart to eat on their own, but they’re perfect in cookies!
