Today I finished my holiday cookie baking streak with our family favorite: Cherry chocolate chip cookies!
I’ve made these exact cookies many times before, but today’s batch produced more cookies than ever before! Admittedly, I made them a bit smaller than usual, but I got 6.5 dozen today! I also chopped up the dried cherries this time and I think it really improves the cookie. I can’t wait to share! They’re soooo good!!!!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was my biggest, best batch ever!
Day 354 of 366.
What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!

What are your dried cherries like? Are they purely “dried cherries” or are they what we (in the UK) call glacé cherries, usually bright red because they have added colour and sweet with lots of sugar?

Hi Bert! I use organic dried tart Montmorency Cherries. I get them from Costco. I think they have some sugar, but not a ton. I find them much too tart to eat on their own, but they’re perfect in cookies!
