I discovered a wonderful, juicy variety of apricot at the market today!
They’re called Apache Apricots, and the produce gentleman explained that they’re only available for a very short time. The typical summer variety apricots won’t ripen for another month or so.
The Apache variety are a little smaller than their summer counterparts, but they were delightfully juicy and sweet. So good!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was the lovely, pure joy of the season’s first juicy fruits dripping down our faces.
Day 125 of 365. And Day 491 in a row!
