Mama and I enjoyed a glorious lunch of Caprese sourdough toast with sun-warmed tomatoes and sweet basil from our garden! It was such a delicious treat! Fresh mozzarella paired with tomatoes and basil is a longtime favorite of ours because it reminds us of being in Italy.
