I made two kinds — one with fresh basil and fresh tomatoes from our garden topped with mozzarella di bufala, and the other with fresh mushrooms tossed in truffle oil with minced garlic and crumbled goat cheese. The dough was made by our local market, so it was a relatively easy way to make exactly what we like. And it was wonderful!
