This weekend I practiced a little coloring as meditation.
The design is very intricate so I stopped when my hand and eyes got tired. But I really enjoyed getting back into coloring. I had forgotten how relaxing and fun it was!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was coloring as meditation. It may sound silly, but I highly recommend trying it.
