Since I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in May, I’ve been taking about 40 pills a day to try to get my symptoms under control. Thankfully, some of the pills are dissolvable or chewable, but I’m still left with about 25 to swallow.
I was recently able to taper off the awful prednisone completely. And following my colonoscopy last week, my Gi doc laid out a plan to reduce the quantity of pills I’m taking. I could not be more thrilled!
Today’s #OneGoodThing is having to swallow 13 fewer pills every day! Woohoo!!!
Day 276 of 365. And Day 642 in a row!

I can’t imagine having to choke down so many pills. I hope your doctor can do what he proposes to reduce that number.

Yes, I hate choking down all those pills. Plus I’m terrible at taking pills, always have been. But luckily I’ll get to cut out another six pills in the next couple of weeks! I’m very excited about it 🙂
