Meghan and Harry exit the church to a roar of cheers from the crowd and a choir singing “This Little Light of Mine”
Mama and I watched Prince Harry marry Meghan Markle today in a beautiful ceremony that wove together British and American traditions. The way the couple looked at each other was everything.
Since we live in California and couldn’t pull all-night, we recorded it and watched it later in the day. Robin Roberts did a fantastic job on the broadcast. We thought Megan’s dress was understated and elegant; I love that she walked herself down the aisle. And the music was wonderful!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was watching a moment in history with Mama! Congratulations to Harry and Meghan!
Day 139 of 365. And Day 870 in a row (here’s the first 366 & the following 365)!
1 year ago today: Fast errands & fabulous fruit
2 years ago today: Sweet neck cuddles

TBH, though it was good to see my hometown on the news I’m glad it’s over!
Normality can now resume.

That’s cool that you’re from Windsor, Rob! The news here kept reporting that’s where the Queen spends her weekends. Have you ever met her? Hopefully normality has resumed!
