Puzzling has regained popularity in our home since last fall when Mama’s neuro-oncologist reminded us it is an excellent brain exercise. But as such, I haven’t been participating at all, except as a cheerleader.
So I got myself this beautiful puzzle to do on my respite trip to Palm Springs. Putting these pieces together was very calming and satisfying, like a way to relax but also accomplish something. Much like a good book, I wish I hadn’t finished it so quickly. But now I get to enjoy the picture for the rest of my time here.
Today’s #OneGoodThing is puzzling to relax! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!

Very nice, and a reminder to take time to care for yourself too, carers can easily get burned out, especially when they have their own issues.

I feel beyond burned out, so this is a magical time to rest and recuperate. It was fun to kick off my time here with my own puzzle!
