She shared these words along with some of her own: “Step away and hit the pause button. You are in your own timezone. You don’t need to keep up with everyone else. Do you.”
I love seeing my friends’ exciting careers, growing families, and worldwide adventures. And it is challenging not to compare paths at times. I’m certainly not where I thought I’d be, or doing what I thought I’d be doing. So, today I give special thanks to Leslie for reminding me that I’m very much on time. I’ll just keep doing me.

A quick google found the earliest post of this meme was February 2017, but with New York and California instead of Sydney and Perth. So I guess it was reposted by an Australian.
