I ran out of my custom planner stickers, which help keep me organized, so I decided to try using my Cricut cutting machine to achieve a precise size and cut on the next batch. Unfortunately, I had error after error, and none of my sheets of stickers turned out well.

After struggling for too long and trying every troubleshooting tip I could find online, I finally broke down and contacted the company via chat. I ended up being connected to an extremely kind and patient customer support person, who walked me through each issue until they were resolved. When the problem turned out to be the slippery backing on the sticker paper, they offered to send me a new package of paper that should work better. I was so impressed with their customer service; Mama even said they had restored her faith in humanity! I enjoyed chatting with Sirrell about our made-up names and birthday celebrations at work.
