We were about ready to put away our holiday decorations when we remembered that we hadn’t yet finished!
Mama and I had postponed our candle lighting on the 7th and 8th nights of Chanukah this year due to health reasons. We fully planned to reschedule our traditions after a week or so, but it didn’t work out as intended.
This afternoon Mama and I lit the candles for our postponed last night of the festival of lights. We couldn’t just skip it, because we found these two lovely menorahs on a fantastic clearance sale. Their inaugural use went smashingly well, and now I can pack up our decorations for next year.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was celebrating a postponed Chanukah with Mama, which seemed terribly appropriate for the 8th day of the new year! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!
