This funky green cauliflower provided great eye candy on my routine Friday grocery trip today. The spirals are so pretty and otherworldly!
I didn’t buy one, but had to snap a photo to share with mama — and all of you, of course! So, who’s tried it and how did you like it? Does it taste like traditional cauliflower?
Today’s #OneGoodThing was enjoying the fun sights of my errands with Mama! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!

I haven’t tried one, but I’ve seen them on the market over here (UK). We call them romanesque cauliflowers. You can find out about them on Wikipedia: “… its form is strikingly fractal in nature. The inflorescence (the bud) is self-similar in character, with the branched meristems making up a logarithmic spiral.”

Yes, I bought one in Naples. They taste just like the white variety, and look more interesting.
