Mama and I went to our local library today and each selected a stack of books to read.
We had a wonderful time looking for interesting titles, so much that I had not brought enough bags to cover our reading appetites. The librarians were very helpful, patient, and kind.
It was a fantastic excursion all around. We found a great parking spot, enjoyed these beautiful pink flowers outside, and Mama struck a pose with Lucy, the ubiquitous “Peanuts” statue. These fun tributes to Charles Schultz can be found all over Santa Rosa, his hometown.
