Laurel, Me, & Alyssa

Today was the final day of my L.A. getaway, and I enjoyed a fabulous lunch out at a gastropub with two of my best friends.

What a joy to spend time with these two, who I’ve been friends with for most of my life. After returning from our late afternoon lunch, we discovered a third gorgeous tulip blooming in Alyssa’s front yard.

This was the perfect way to end my little trip, and I’m now comfortably settled back at home with Paisley and Mama. Plus, I met a few kind women on my flight home tonight, which made the whole airport travel experience much more pleasant.
