A very good dinner

salmon, mushroom and broccoliToday’s #OneGoodThing was this glorious meal the Nosy Parker family made together tonight.

We baked the salmon with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. The mushrooms and broccoli were sautéed with coconut oil. It was a very healthy, natural meal. And it was all so good!

IMG_3952P.S. Perhaps you’re wondering why making dinner was such a big deal. My recent health struggles have made eating anything difficult. And they’ve made doing anything— including standing long enough to prepare food — very challenging. So the fact that our little family banded together tonight to create this beautiful feast was a very big deal and one very good thing!
