During the week, we tend to eat less elaborate meals. But I like to make weekend brunch feel more special.
Today’s menu featured crispy turkey bacon, fresh persimmon and grapes, and a pumpkin pie bagel (toasted and topped with cream cheese and Trader Joe’s pumpkin butter). Plus, orange juice and coffee to wash it all down.
