My entire day’s plans had to be scrapped while I dragged myself from bed to bathroom and back. I tried ginger ale, sips of water, and even ice chips; but it all came back up.
So it was no small miracle when I finally kept down a few sips of bone broth an hour ago. I still feel like crap, but at least we are moving in the right direction.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was bone broth to the rescue. Some days are easier than others.
