I have recently introduced Mama to the wonderful world that is NBC’s “This Is Us” and we can’t stop playing back-to-back episodes!

I’ve been watching since the beginning and I absolutely love it. So I’m happy to rewatch the heartwarming series, and I’m really enjoying sharing it with Mama. This wasn’t on our joint playlist sooner because the jumping back and forth in time can be very confusing for those with struggling with cognition and short term memory. But since I’ve seen ahead, I can give Mama a few spoilers to help her understand who’s who and what’s happening. And it worked because now Mama loves the show too and we are binge-watching together!
