If you or a loved one are living with cancer, you likely have frequent medical imaging to monitor the progression. After 7.5 years of regular MRIs, Mama and I are old pros.
Yet today, we both felt some trepidation as Mama’s headaches and cognitive difficulties have worsened lately. We won’t have the official results until tomorrow, but thankfully, Mama’s doctor let us know there’s no new growth! I think those are my three favorite words: NO NEW GROWTH!!!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was getting through another scan with Mama! Paisley was an excellent waiting room companion, barely breaking eye contact with the door Mama went through for her MRI. What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!
Day 28 of 365. And Day 1,124 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things)!
1 year ago today: Closer to my roots
2 years ago today: This snuggly face
3 years ago today: The sweetness of friends
