After a stressful check-in, this gorgeous ray of sunshine brought us into a relaxing medical office space with a giant print of a tropical beach on the wall. We loved meeting Randeep, who taught us how to use and care for Mama’s new, high-tech CPAP machine.
We had a great time getting to know Randeep, sharing our stories, and listening to “Hey Jude” together. Mama and I have never had so much fun at a medical appointment! And we really hope we’ll get to see her again (preferably outside of the hospital).
On our way home, Mama and I stopped by Santa Rosa’s Railroad Square because our favorite bead shop is closing. After finding some sparkly turquoise beads, we were drawn into the clothing shop next door by a peacock dress in the window. There we met another kind soul. We had such fun playing dress up with Jodie, who knew exactly which pieces to suggest. Mama and I can’t wait to wear our stylish, new warm-weather finds!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was a day where the stressors were greatly outweighed by the two wonderful women we met! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!

One good thing was reading your post! I’ve been finding homes for my beads—trying to focus on quilting and handmade books. Tell me what you are using these days. Hugs to you.
