The Buttery in Santa Cruz and their delectable Apricot Pocket pastry

On our recent mini trip to Santa Cruz, Mama and I stopped by The Buttery for a few of our favorite foodie treats. We brought these Apricot Pockets home with us and enjoyed them for breakfast today. These delightful pastries are essentially apricot-filled croissants and I adore them.
