Mama went on an artist expedition into our garden this morning, nestling herself between the tomatoes and the plum tree. What a joy it was to see her happily painting the colorful scene I created for her.
Meanwhile, I took the pounds of plums I had prepared and began making jam and syrup. I ran out of sugar before I could finish, but so far they’re both delicious! Plum jam on toast was dinner and I have no regrets.
In the afternoon, I met up with our new friend Shelby. She’s the niece of a dear friend, and I’m thrilled to share that she’ll be joining the Nosy Parker family as another caregiver helping Mama! Hooray!
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was a Sunday filled with painting, plum jam, and Shelby! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
