We made s’mores in our oven using a wee cast-iron pan and I’m not sorry. Next time, I’ll make them even better! That’s right. There will be a next time.

Yes! Sorry, I sometimes forget they’re an American treat! So, to my wonderful international readers: S’mores are a campfire treat that’s a multi-step process. We roast marshmallows over a fire using long sticks. Then we sandwich the roasted (sometimes burned) marshmallow with a piece of chocolate between two pieces of graham crackers. It’s a messy, but glorious little sandwich. We especially enjoy roasting giant marshmallows, as you’ll see in today’s post very soon!
