In gratitude to our evacuation hosts, I made chocolate soufflé cupcakes with mint cream this evening. Yum!
I used this Smitten Kitchen recipe, but I doubled the mint cream because you can never have too much mint cream! I’ve never made soufflé before, but it turned out really well.
