I woke up feeling less exhausted than usual with an itch to get things done and get outside in our garden. It was one of those rare days in which I accomplish a bunch of tasks before collapsing.
This beautiful Sunday, I did a minor plumbing project (more to come on that another day), re-hung a clock, clipped 360-degrees of our jasmine hedge, weeded the front yard, and cleaned up where Paisley poops in the backyard. Thankfully, we had leftover brisket and lime tart, so that I didn’t need “spoons” for cooking. The evening ended with a much-needed Epsom soak and now I’m absolutely wiped.
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was a rare abundance of spoons! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
Day 47 of 366. And Day 1,508 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things, & the 4th year of good things)!
On this day…
- 1 year ago: Artist demonstration
- 2 years ago: Clean sheets, clean bodies
- 3 years ago: My first standing shower in a year
- 4 years ago: Down on the floor with Dixie
