Mama and I love watching British TV programs and were thrilled to find another binge-worthy murder mystery series available to stream on Acorn this weekend. We’re still getting to know the oddball characters, but we’re enjoying it very much.

Not bad, a bit repetitive, and the ‘sidekick’ doesn’t develop as the series progresses, but one of the better period police procedurals

Hey Rob!!! What a shame that the sidekick doesn’t develop! We’re in season 2 now and I was disappointed that he still seems to be rather foolish. I was hoping he’d grow and learn! Anyway, it’s been enjoyable 😊
