Ice is really the only thing that helps the shingles pain. I’ve been struggling with a rotation of small old-fashioned ice bags and reusable ice packs, so I found this giant one online.

It’s a bonus that the ice bag pattern is adorable pups. The size is perfect to cover the whole right side of my head and neck. Hallelujah for a good ice delivery method!
